An acid-free pH balanced wheel cleaner designed to loosen and gently break down traffic film, brake dust, contaminates and general grime. Its pH balanced formula containing high performance cleaning and degreasing agents is safe on classic and modern wheel finishes, and sealed or polished wheels. Ideal for safely maintaining regularly cleaned or sealed wheels, where normal alkaline or acid based cleaners would not be an option.
