Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with the HERO-ERA Store.
We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Stocked items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of your order being placed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Made-to-Order Clothing
Many HERO-ERA clothing items are made to order exclusively for you.
Please allow a minimum production time of 7 working days before these items are dispatched.
If your order contains both stocked products and made-to-order clothing, we will normally dispatch the complete order together once all items are available.
Delivery
We work with trusted courier and postal partners to deliver your order safely.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery times rests with the courier.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is available throughout mainland United Kingdom.
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.
International Delivery
We are pleased to ship to many countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply once goods arrive in the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included within our product or shipping prices.
Please note that international deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing.
Drop-Ship Products
Some products available through the HERO-ERA Store may be supplied directly by our trusted partners.
Where this applies, dispatch times may differ slightly from our standard shipping times. Any significant differences will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate with the delivery provider.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where appropriate.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
HERO-ERA cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.
