Penrite Classic Plus 15W-50 – Classic Engine & Motorcycle Oil

Penrite Classic Plus 15W-50 is a very high-quality, mid-detergent engine oil specifically developed for engines manufactured between 1950 and 1980, including motorcycles. It is also suitable where SAE 20W-50 oils are recommended.

Formulated with a specialised additive package tailored to vehicles of this era, it exceeds original manufacturer requirements, offering improved protection compared to period-correct oils while remaining compatible with classic engine designs.

It meets API SL/CF specifications and features optimised zinc (ZDDP) levels for enhanced anti-wear protection in older engines. In addition, it meets JASO MA requirements, making it suitable for motorcycles equipped with wet clutch systems.

With strong film strength and excellent resistance to viscosity loss, it performs reliably in engines subjected to high load and combined engine/gearbox use.
