Event Cancellation peace of mind: If you choose to cancel your entry for any reason up to the withdrawal date, you may transfer 100% of your entry to another eligible HERO-ERA event where spaces are available. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a refund of 75% of the non-refundable deposit *subject to terms and conditions
